How We Work
Best Together
A simple guide to our partnership — built on clarity, traction, and a genuinely healthy leadership team.

You've made the decision to commit to EOS.
That's no small thing.
I only work with leadership teams I genuinely believe I can help and enjoy spending time with. When those two things are true, the work tends to be transformational.
My role is simple: to help your leadership team get everything you want from your business by mastering the tools and disciplines of the Entrepreneurial Operating System®.
We're not here to "do a bit of EOS." We're here to build clarity, traction, and a genuinely healthy leadership team.
This isn't intended to be contractual or overly prescriptive. It's simply a reflection of what I've seen work best over many years of helping leadership teams get the most from EOS.
In reality, most teams are already doing the majority of these things. Putting them in one place simply helps create clarity around expectations and, more importantly, the thinking behind them.
A few simple agreements make all the difference. What follows isn't corporate policy — it's just what works.
Who you'll be working with.

Meet Jason Green
London, England, United Kingdom
I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own business.
For years, I was working too many hours, frustrated with my team, and missing time with my family, all while my company looked "fine" from the outside.
Then I discovered EOS. Within months, I went from running my business to truly owning it. I built a leadership team that shared my vision, put the right people in the right seats, and finally got my life back.
That experience changed everything. Now, as a Certified EOS Implementer, I help other entrepreneurs do the same, get unstuck, gain clarity, and build great teams so their businesses can run without them.
Before EOS, I founded and scaled several businesses, from tech startups to managed service firms. Those lessons (and scars!) are what I bring into every room today.
Because I believe every entrepreneur deserves more than just a good business, they deserve a great one.
Six components. One system.
Every EOS company strengthens the same six things. We'll work on all of them, together, over time.

A proven path to traction.
The EOS Proven Process® is the way I'll work with your leadership team to implement EOS and master the tools. It's the same sequence used by thousands of companies worldwide.

Staying in sync.
My primary points of contact are your Visionary and Integrator (occasionally the same person).
While I support the whole leadership team, I coordinate through those roles. It keeps things clean and aligned.
I aim to respond promptly. If I'm in session or with family, it may be later that day. You'll always hear back.
Strong sessions don't happen by accident.
You bring
- Dates locked in well in advance (12 months is ideal)
- Completed preparation work
- The right people in the room
- Openness, honesty and a willingness to lean in
I bring
- A structured, proven plan
- The EOS tools and discipline
- Full presence and energy
- The courage to say what needs saying (kindly, of course)
When everyone does their part, progress accelerates quickly.
Clear terms, no surprises.
What's Included
Full-day facilitation, EOS materials and resources, and support between sessions.
Fees
Agreed at the start of our work together and fixed for two years. After that, they adjust to my prevailing rate.
Payment Terms
Invoices are sent after the session and are due within 7 days. Share billing contacts and PO requirements in advance.
I don't enjoy chasing invoices. I suspect you don't enjoy receiving reminders. Clarity avoids awkwardness.
Reasonable, transparent, agreed upfront.
- Travel within the UK is included.
- International sessions are charged at 1.5× my UK rate, plus expenses.
Additional items billed at cost: Kolbe assessments and extra EOS materials if required. Nothing unexpected — we'll always discuss first.
Things change. I understand that.
Life happens. Businesses shift, diaries clash, and sometimes a session needs to move or be cancelled. That's okay — we'll work it out together. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so we can find the best way forward.
If I've already booked travel that can't be refunded or changed, I do ask that those costs are covered. Beyond that, let's approach it as partners: rescheduling is almost always better than cancelling, and we'll find a date that works for everyone.
And if I'm ever unwell or dealing with a family emergency, I'll let you know straight away and we'll agree the best path forward together. You won't be left in the lurch.
If you don't get value from the session, you don't pay.
The environment matters more than people think.
You are responsible for
- Booking an off-site venue (almost always more effective than your office)
- Light lunch, tea/coffee, snacks
- Whiteboard or flipcharts
- Large screen
Ideal space
- Quiet
- Natural light
- Comfortable seating
- No interruptions
- Room to move
- Everyone seated around a conference table
Virtual sessions are possible. Hybrid is a last resort. The experience is always stronger when everyone is fully present in the room.
Straightforward and EOS Pure.
- Start and finish on time
- Speak openly and respectfully
- Keep session discussions confidential
- Celebrate wins
- Hold each other accountable
- Make decisions and move
Progress comes from discipline and honesty.
What other leadership teams say.
"You held us accountable, kept us focused on what truly matters, and didn't let us drift into abstractions. Having an independent voice in the room created real clarity and made a huge difference."
"Jason has helped us elevate EOS to an entirely different level than we were capable of doing ourselves. The return on investment has been huge."
"Having somebody come in and shine a spotlight on those slightly dusty areas under the cupboard and say you should sort that out, is invaluable. Jason tells me exactly what he thinks."
"It's really important for any business to have a neutral set of eyes. Jason is really good at allowing conversations to develop towards fact and data-based information."
Questions people ask.
This work is meaningful.
If we stay aligned, do the preparation, and lean into the conversations that matter, your business will strengthen, your leadership team will mature, and you'll get more of what you want from life.
If something feels off, we'll talk about it. Directly. Early.
Let's do great work.
Let's enjoy it.
And let's build something that lasts.
I'm looking forward to it.
